The "Ley" in "Ley Love", Susan is a New Orleans native who spent her college and early working years in the fashion and style-conscious urban South. Susan has designed jewelry since her
early teens, incorporating her eye for standout, forward-looking fashion and design into her work. The youngest of three sisters, Susan's quest for affordable high fashion was often
assisted by their advice, ideas and closets. She formalized her training as a fashion major at the University of Georgia, honed her business skills in Dallas, and now her vision, which
has been largely influenced by the melting pot culture of New Orleans, is turning into reality. Susan and her husband Josh reside in Charlottesville, Virginia with their two poodles,
Winston and Otter.
Camilla Love McGraw
The "Love" in "Ley Love" was born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut. Camilla's style was influenced by both the tailored posh look of the northeast and her mother's European heritage.
After completing school at Trinity College, she moved to Manhattan to pursue a career in fashion. She landed a job at Ralph Lauren where she gained experience in both Public Relations and
Buying. In her role as a buyer for Ralph Lauren's Collection jewelry, Camilla learned the importance of quality and integrity of design while developing a healthy understanding for the business.
Currently, Camilla resides in Charlottesville, Virginia with her husband Whit and her golden retriever Monty.
About Ley Love
Susan RipLEY Ayers and Camilla LOVE McGraw met in September 2005. Their lives were intertwined in Charlottesville, Virginia where their husbands enrolled in business school. Instead of
settling for a 9-5 job in Virginia, the two started discussing ideas for their own business and realized their common love for creating. Shortly after meeting they partnered up to form
Ley Love. Both newly married, Susan and Camilla shared the desire to keep their maiden names involved in their new partnership. And so it goes, Ley Love is derived from each woman's
maiden name. In addition to the importance of maintaining their "pre-matrimonial" identities, Susan and Camilla also share an entrepreneurial spirit and love for creating unique, versatile
jewelry for like-minded women. By fusing their personal styles and backgrounds, they create jewelry that speaks to every woman, but allows her to keep her individuality. Ley Love is sensible
style with panache and each piece is approved by both designers to meet the pair's high standards of quality, value, consistency, and integrity of the Ley Love design.
