How do I order ?

Place all wanted items in your cart and checkout with your preferred payment method. After an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Processing takes 24 hours M-F while weekend orders process the next business day. After an order is processed you will receive an email with all tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before contacting us. 

International customers: 

Please be aware that although we offer a price converter on our website once you checkout the funds will automatically show as USD and NOT as your chosen currency. 

How long will it take to get my order ?

It takes 24 hours to process orders placed Monday through Friday, if your order is placed Friday after 10 am PST your order will not be processed until the next business day. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. Also bare with us, we try to bring you items at the lowest price we can, so shipping may take a few more days to get to you. But, its worth the wait. 

Why do we send out a monthly discount code on the 6th of every month?

My wife was born on the 6th of April, what better day to brighten our clients day!

 

Will you be getting any more of "X" item in stock ? 

Once we see something sells out, we try our hardest to restock as soon as possible. Items in our Sale Collection do not get restocked. 

How much is this item in pounds, etc. ? 

Please do not ask us to convert USD to your local currency, we do not want to mislead you. Please search for a currency converter online. 

Do you ship to Ukraine, Russia, China, Brazil, etc. ?

We ship worldwide. 

 

Why didn't I get a confirmation or tracking email ?

You may have provided an incorrect email address. Email us with your full name and shipping address to fix the issue. 

Whats your return policy ?

If you are not completely crazy about your purchase please read on. 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of recieved date.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  This means the item must be in brand new unworn, unwashed condition with hangtags and with no stains or odors (good or bad). All hardware must be in tact and functioning (buttons, zippers, etc).
  • All jewelry, eyewear, hats, belts, keychains, hair accessories, and decorative accessories are final sale.
  • All discounted and sale items are final sale. (We know it is most of the items in the store)
  • Free returns on store credit returns - U.S. customers only.
  • Return shipping for refund of full value in original payment method is to be covered by customer.
  • At this time we do not accept exchanges. You may return your item(s) for free and receive store credit and repurchase the exchange item you want with your store credit.  
  • Returns must be received by 30 days of purchase date for store credit. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you believe you meet our return criteria please begin the return process.

Customers who would like to return their item(s) for store credit will be emailed a prepaid shipping label once return request is received. Customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance through the USPS. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your return package and are not liable for lost postage. 

Please be sure to include the provided RA# on the front of your return package.
